Meet Darren Pierce
Pierce Electric was founded by Darren Pierce in 2020, but this story began long before that. A licensed Master Electrician in Vermont, New Hampshire, and Montana, Darren has spent more than two decades serving customers throughout Vermont's Northeast Kingdom and northern New Hampshire. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships founded on trust, reliability, and a reputation for doing the job right.
When the time came to establish Pierce Electric, Darren had a clear vision: to build a company where customers feel valued, employees are respected, and quality workmanship is never compromised. He believed that exceptional service begins with a team that takes pride in its work, communicates openly, and is committed to exceeding expectations on every project.
Today, Darren remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Pierce Electric, providing hands-on leadership and working alongside his team. Whether meeting with a customer, mentoring an apprentice, or helping solve a complex electrical challenge, he leads with the same principles that have guided his career from the beginning: integrity, accountability, professionalism, and pride in a job well done.
Outside of work, Darren's greatest pride is his family. A devoted husband and father of four, he believes the same values that shape a strong family—honesty, hard work, respect, and compassion—are the foundation of a successful business.
Darren is equally passionate about giving back to the community he has always called home. He volunteers as a youth sports coach, supports local schools, athletic programs, and academic initiatives, and is always willing to lend a hand when someone is in need. He believes that successful businesses have a responsibility to strengthen the communities they serve, and that investing in local families and young people helps build a brighter future for everyone.
